By accessing or using the ZapTag platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jaywant Ramkrishna Kadam.

ZapTag provides a privacy-first communication platform for vehicle owners that includes:

• Smart QR-based vehicle identification tags
• Anonymous communication bridging (Calls, WhatsApp, and SMS)
• Emergency SOS contact management
• Real-time vehicle status alerts (towing, parking, accidents)
• Privacy-first dashboard for tag management

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information including vehicle details
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Subscription fees are based on the plan selected (Individual or Fleet)
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through PhonePe
• Subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment
• Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Scrape or collect data from our platform without permission
• Use the communication bridging system for harassment or non-vehicle related communication

The ZapTag platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as vehicle images), but grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.

Our platform is designed to facilitate communication. While we strive for 100% uptime and privacy:

• Communication delivery depends on third-party networks (WhatsApp, Telecom providers)
• Masked calls are subject to carrier availability
• Emergency SOS features are assistive and do not replace official emergency services
• We are not liable for any delays in alert delivery or communication failures

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapTag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
