1Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your ZapTag subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@zaptag.co.in or through your account dashboard.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the communication bridging and emergency SOS features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied to your account.
2Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following specific conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 30 days if you have not activated your physical QR tag or used the masked calling features.
- Technical issues: If our platform fails to deliver vehicle alerts as described and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 business hours.
- Duplicate payment: Full refund for any accidental duplicate charges reported within 30 days.
- Tag Damage: No return applicable only replacement and exchange will delivered with in 7 days.
3Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- After 7 days from the date of purchase/activation.
- If the account has been used to send or receive more than 5 alerts.
- For partial months or unused periods of an annual subscription.
- If the account has been suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use policy (e.g., harassment).
- Lost or stolen physical QR tags after 15 days of delivery.
4Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@zaptag.co.in with your registered mobile number and reason for refund.
- Our team will review your request and usage logs within 2 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (PhonePe/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
